My First Rant

Why start yet another blog?  It’s simple really.  I’m spending too much time every day, teaching realtors the same things over and over.  It’s frustrating that so many realtors are blundering around with the one tool that’s growing every year – online real estate searches.  It’s not that realtors are incapable of marketing themselves effectively online, it’s just that most don’t know how, don’t have the time to learn, and frankly don’t care.

Actually some do care.  They care quite a bit, and it’s those that do who see consistent growth in their sales and client lists.  Realtors like Thomas Park, Chris Tioseco, Gordon Carter, and ‘Your HOMETEAM’.

So on this blog, I’ll point out why some realtors have successful experiences with online marketing.  I’ll share with you the tips and techniques they’re using, and why.

I’ll also point out those realtors with extremely bad habits, and why they’re not only hurting themselves, but how they’re killing their national and international branding.  For legal reasons, I’ll be changing names to protect the guilty parties.

First, a bit of a disclaimer.  What I offer here is free advice.  How you choose to interpret that is up to you, and if by chance you take our advice and it improves your business, I have no plans on invoicing you accordingly.  The converse is also true, if you use our advice and things don’t quite work out, I’m not responsible.  That’s a fair warning.

What I will say with some confidence, is that those clients who have listened and utilized our advice over the past 15 year, have all seen noticable improvements in their business.  We’re so confident, that our marketing tagline is “Our web sites make millions.®”
